TV & stills teams, balloon and table design and construction, oxygen supplies, CAA briefings, RAF & RN Meteorological planning....


...you name it, it had to be learnt and then done. Without the experts the plan would have come to naught.


Luckily, Bear Grylls had been awarded an honorary commission in the Royal Navy Reserve, so a quick call to the First Sea Lord allowed the project to call upon the services of the Royal Navy and, through our team links, the Royal Air Force


Find a suitable Drop Zone and reception site, monitor the weather and design and construct a lightweight underslung dining table and chairs - it all took time and effort.


Organise on-site catering,

communications,
