Friday 30th September 2011 saw the Centenary of the St Thomas’ Hospital Physiotherapy School. Starting at St Thomas’ Hospital, the four hundred odd party then moved on to a reception at The House of Lords for one group and another reception at the House of Commons for the other. This was all accomplished in the blazing heat of an atypical late September day.

Lord Faulkner of Worcester hosted the reception in the House of Lords whilst Sir George Young, Leader of the Commons, hosted the reception in the House of Commons.
